No it's only one fillet, I would usually eat a whole fillet.
Yes it looks like one whole fillet which is half of a fish.
yes, big amount of omega 3 and lots of fats and if it was farm raised, they are not good for you
It's not that farm raised are not good for you, they actually are fatter and have more omega 3 fatty acids but wild caught is better.
