Do you judge? Do you feel sorry for them? Or do you think 'you be you' as long as you're happy?
I'm posting this anon because a. there are some horrible trolls on here at the moment and b. I worry people will think I'm judging overweight people.

Do you judge?
Yes, I judge them pretty severely.
"Do you feel sorry for them?"
A little. I feel a little sorry for any addict. But I also know it was their own choices that got them addicted, and they can also choose to stop.
"do you think 'you be you'"
Hell no. I will never under any circumstances imply that it is OK, which is what "you be you" implies.
I had only very few fat office colleagues, but with one you would recognize her presence in the trashcans. Seeing the items and amounts of unhealthy food she stuffed in her face would kill my appetite. ☹️
I rarely see that. Most really overweight people I’ve seen eat sparingly, like they’re embarrassed of their appetites.
Nothing, when I'm at a restaurant I'm to busy with the company I'm with and the meal I am eating.

I know when I see an overweight person earing at an "all you can eat" restaurant and they eat four or five plates full plus dessert 🍨 that just makes me believe they aren't going to live comfortably in their body and make their life harder than it could be.
I'm really not the type for form conclusions just based on visuals. For instance, that overweight person could have not eaten all day & that's their only meal for the day for all we know.
I assume he or she is hungry. End of story.
I don't pay attention to what other people are eating.
I look at a fat similarly to how I see a junkie.
In a word disgust
