I like Novi chocolate above all, then there’s Lindt und Sprüngli. I eat only dark chocolate, I think their is the best since is less manufactured and tastes really like cocoa.

Virtually any that was not made in America they all have that slightly sick acid taste, but my real preference is a chocolate with the highest % coca solids.

You might want to look out for the special line from Ritter Sport, called „Kakaoklasse“. Their percentages go from 55% to 81% and they taste amazing!
