I think rare? I eat the steak, I enjoy the taste, it happens to be rare. My friend goes you liked it rare, right? I just kind of nod, I don't know what the medium or medium rare tastes like.

Rare , seared in butter with rosemary, seasoned with sea salt and black pepper, red wine sauce and of course a glass of ripasso red wine 🍷.

  I could not stand any sort of pink. It had to be cooked well done. When I was little my great grandmother would keep me a lot and that’s how she cooked all her food. Very very well done… lol

Depends on the quality of the meat. Poor quality, I'd rather have medium-well. The better the quality, the shorter you cook it.
