It has to be grey for me to eat it. I have a thing about it where if its pink its raw to me and I will refuse to eat it. My parents like theirs pink so they cook it that way so I have to microwave mine to be grey

well as rare is the lightest option you have I will say rare although normally I order it Blue which is less than rare.
