I haven’t quit altogether, but i’m not really about breads that are not part of a sammich. I am eating fewer sammiches in an attempt to shed some extra pounds.

I gave up bread. If I have a sandwich, I'll wrap it in lettuce. Otherwise, I'll eat something like knockwurst or another sausage without bread.
