I love cooking and baking. It doesn’t need to be a chore, i class it as an adventure. Just throw some ingredients together, what ever is in my cupboards/fridge and see what I can rustle up. Okay, I’ve just got back from having Sunday lunch today, and I’m full as a butcher’s dog at the moment. So, probably be a little snack later on

Yes! I miss it. I haven't had time to. Lots of sandwiches so far. Lol. I miss making cookies, cakes, bread, baking chicken, mashed taters, and finding new things. I just ordered a new cookbook but it might not be a good one.

  Baste it in butter or ginger-ale to keep it moist. Turkey is an extremely dry white meat much drier then chicken. The more juices you add to it the more moist and tender it will be
