Please share your delicious noodle recipes because I need some inspiration to cook?

I dont cook with a specific recepy but here are a few ideas. Hope that helps as well.

• Pasta salad: cook pasta as normal. Let them cool. During that time prepare the dressing/sauce: joghurt, cream, a few tablespoons juice from pickles and juice from canned tangarine. For main ingedients: pickles, tangarine and your choice of fresh vegetables like paprika, tomato, etc. If you want meat you could add baloney but not really necessary in my opinion.
• gratinated pasta: cook pasta a bit shorter, slice tomatos and vegetables of your choice (may need to precook them), add onions and garlic. Put all of it together in a casserole dish, add sieved tomatos and spices (fresh basil or oregano fits really well). Mix in 1/3 of the cheese. Use rest of cheexe on top. I prefer mozzarella. Gratined it in the oven and ready.
• Third really easy one. Cook pasta. Prepare spinach. Ready: nutmeg, other spices and feta cheese. Add all of it together in a pan. The feta will make a great sauce. You may need to add a bit of water if you use fresh spinach instead of frozen.

I hope you meant pasta/noodles in general and not only Asian style noodles. Not sure about translation here. In my language pasta = Nudeln (noodles)

Chicken or beef broth tastes good with noodles. If you're tired of broth, you can use it as base for different soups. Tomato soup or mushroom soup fit to noodles as well.

A little soup. Sometimes I caramelise the veges and add spice and noodles then mix them.
