Consume:
No product with milk, from animals. 🙅♀️
Try:
- Almond milk/ rice milk/ and maybe another kind, if there is.
could try goat’s milk, but I really wouldn’t risk it.
👀
- Can try products made with almond/rice and other seeded/nut milks.
- Can try healthy snacks like peanut butter and apples/celery.
a yogurt substitute on pretzels?
- Peanutbutter should be a friend when chocolate isn’t ☝️👀
Peanutbutter baked goods?
non-bake microwaveable Peanutbutter?
- caramel? Candy apples?
- peanut butter and caramel seem like good substitutes 👀
Best to you!!

that depends on the severity of your intolerance… my best advice would be to consult with a registered dietitian.
No fresh milk or yoghurt.
Chocolate depends on the type, the darker the less milk is used.
Cheese depends on the actual type. Even cheese from cows milk, can be safe to eat, as during the aging process, most of the lactose gets removed.
Also pay attention to highly processed meals, or snacks, as these often contain lactose as a flavour enhancer.
Everything labeled "vegan" is okay, at least from the perspective wether it contains lactose or not.
No sugars of any kind, ose, ase, sorbitol, etc., beans, Whole milk…
Search foods lactose intolerant can’t eat. DUMC, John Hopkins Harvard med. has lists you can print.

I switched to unsweetened vanilla almond milk and I really like it. Also, only eat aged cheese. The process of aging neutralizes the lactose.
