What is the best thing to eat and drink while having COVID-19 ?

I have COVID-19 now what's the best thing to eat and drink I drank tea and it really helped

When I had COVID-19 the ideal foods to eat are the following:

• Chicken noodle soup
• Popsicles
• Oranges
• Jello (sugar free)
• Toast
• Crackers

As for beverages:

• Water
• Orange juice
• Ginger Ale
• Gatorade/Powerade

Now with COVID-19 some will lose taste and/or smell. What helps is smelling garlic and aromatherapy essential oils. Also lemons are also ideal and can help with both recovering taste and smell.

For vitamins I recommend taking Zinc to help with the taste and smell recovery, vitamin B12, Vitamin C vitamins, multi purpose vitamins. Contact your doctor and they should prescribe antibiotics, penicillin, and they will probably tell you get something over the counter (i. e., Robitussin, cough drops, Tylenol, etc.)

I have never had covid before but I heard echinacea tea can help you recover faster. I also read mixing boiled garlic with ginger and green onions, also called scallions in warm water and drinking when its cool can help you but I would not drink it if your very sick because you might get worse before you get better.

At work Covid went around my building like a wildfire. As for my coworker friends they some of them lost their sense of smell & taste as well. As for me I suggested that they try something new to eat & in fact I told them they should eat food that they don’t like & see what happens. As for you eat what you want however don’t eat expensive food because if you can’t taste it you will waste it.

water, anything with vitamin C in it. when I had covid I wasn't hungry all I eat was fruit Popsicles I eat it more cause my throat was sore.

My neighbor's entire family had it 2 years ago and they took Robitussin CF and Tylenol to get rid of it.
Otherwise, get some HCQ.
