I have to say The Cheesecake Factory's Cajun Jambalaya Pasta.

I discovered it 30 years ago in The Cheesecake Factory in Redondo Beach, California. At the time, there were maybe 5 The Cheesecake Factory restaurants in the US.
It's been a favorite of mine and perhaps of all customers of The Cheesecake Factory for all those decades. Think about it: a complex dish on the menu at a restaurant for over 30 years; that normally doesn't happen because restaurants change their menus as does The Cheesecake Factory. But this dish has always been on the menu.

I should starve myself for 3 days and then order this 3 times.

After being away for months for work, my wife surprised me by secretly making this and then it hit me what she did. I knew there was a reason why I married her and that she loved me.

My favorite food, only because it is a different hot, end taste, spicy level, and always good... whether the Muslims or the Buddhist are cooking it on the street restaurants... Thai Food is where it is at for life. There is no way to get bored. Hot and spicy can eventual end with a molasses end taste.

My #1 is Spaghetti (or shall i say pasta since i prefer my sauce and penne noodles separate). I also like Corn, Lasagna, Sweet Peas, Raviolis, Chips and spicy Salsa, Barbecue Burgers, Home Mad Potato Cut Fries (or Wedges), Mashed Potatoes, Macaroni, Salisbury Steak, Sweet Heat Wings, Hot Pockets, Italian Style Meatloaf, Deepdish Pepperoni Pizza, Vegetable Soup, Chili, Chicken Tenders, Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Tetrazini, Baked Beans, BBQ Meatballs, Croissants, Nachos, Chili Dogs, And Snickerdoodles

I'm from Peru... my favorite food is cevíche. Ceviche is a Latin American dish typically made from fresh raw fish cured in fresh citrus juices, most commonly lime or lemon. It is also spiced with chili peppers or other seasonings, and julienned red onions, salt, and cilantro are also added (from wikipedia)

I have a lot and it depends on my mood. They're usually those food that are over seasoned with many kinds of spices like Curry, Chili, Tacos/Buritos/Quesadillas, Kebabs, Jamaican Patty, Kabsa and more of those but I can also have mood for American BBQ, Burgers, Southern Style Pizza and for the East Asian flavor profile side, it's Fried Rice, Dumplings, Pho, Sisig, Tom Yum, Sinigang, Spring Rolls, Gyudon, Sushi, Samgyupsal and more.

My mom made really good goolash, she was the best home chef ever, Mee I just like to make whatever I want, I'll throw food together which is uncanny and unusual but it slaps.

But what I like to do on my spare time is science.. I like making stuff blow up and I'm kinda set on making fuel from booze but I have a feeling I'm gonna try and smoke it instead... :/ :(
