Is anyone actually mad at beverages that support the LGBTQ?

No , but I think it’s funny that people get bent out of shape over it, it’s a marketing tool that’s all it is, Even though I hate Bud Light to begin with , watered down piss beer , so many other beers have did the same thing so it just goes to show how fucked up people are in this world. I did laugh at some of the jokes that people were making about Bud Light but that’s all, it was all in humor , but to get bent out of shape over it , is so stupid in my opinion, I wouldn’t stop drinking a beer because of it, it’s marketing that’s all it is
Nope. If you understand business, you understand this---largely they don't support causes unless it will yield profit. They know that during June in particular, they can mass market products aimed at the LGBTQI+ community. They will also be a large presence at various festivals and organizations that support the community---for profit. Large companies are never truly altruistic. They support because next year they know those groups or people will seek out their products again and put them on their shelves and seek business agreements with them for long term contracts. So for the people all up in arms, they are actually mad at a company for figuring out a way to use a group or groups to make more money. All they have to do is ask themselves where are the Pride bottles on the shelves in January or November?
This 🙌
I think it's great. Now if I see a guy with a rainbow bottle I know he's gay and it's a waste of time flirting with him.
I find it annoying.
It is political and I think products are idiotic to get political.
Also, I hate it is a made up, bullshit issue that does not even exist.
"SUPPORT"? They are American citizens and they have the same rights everyone else has and there is no cause or issue at all. They aren't oppressed and they don't need any support. It is a stupid non issue.
I don't drink beer so nothing will change in my beer buying habits. I don't buy beer anyway.

Nobody really cares. I actually don't know many who drank bud light to begin with. I think most people don't like to be played and that's what bud light tried to do with this fake contraversey. All a marketing ploy to try to make people think that they are a good person supporting LGBTQ rights by drinking bud light. Nike are trying to do the same thing.

No I think it´s something rather hilarious how companies try to do so now that it´s mainstream literally any company tries to be that. It´s nothing special and they probably fear losing people more than being actually interested in supporting that community.
so true!
No. I have nothing against the LGBTQ+ community and don't think a company should be BOYCOTTED over supporting them. But whatever. People just love to whine and complain about things. I don't even drink alcohol to begin with, so this particular case is irrelevant to me.
Kids are getting shot up in schools, and people are losing their minds over rainbow-colored drink cans. Give me a break.
EXACTLY!
I dont care if they support the LGBTQ... Its the fact that they support a single person who makes a mockery of both women and the trans community. Seriously. The man is an actor. Nothing more. Its the equivalent of being dressed in "woman face".. Pick any other trans person and im ok with it. But Dylan? Fuck that piece of shit.
For example, i would support it and be silent if they chose to sponsor say Blair White..
Mad? No. I just won't support their company in any way for the rest of my life. They can lose money however they want to. I'll spend my with real brewers that focus on making good beer, not political faggots.
I never drank bud light, but I use to drink drink Beck's before they were purchased by Anheuser-Busch InBev. After the purchase the product went way down hill so they lost me as a customer. I also use to drink Samuel Adams and New Belgium relatively frequently before they started pushing gay politics. Since they started the gay push I haven't purchased one beer from them. Both of those breweries have lost my business for the rest of my life. Beer my go to alcoholic beverage. I occasionally drink red wine, but typically 49 times out of 50 I will select a good beer I enjoy. I will never enjoy a queer beer, so if that's what they're selling I'm not buying.
What you might not realize is that proceeds from the sale of queer beers are often donated as a charitable contribution to political action groups that push agendas like drag queen story hours and "LGBTQ youth empowerment programs" which try to groom kids to turn them gay or mutilate themselves and become transsexuals. They come in on airplanes from other states into our communities with that money to try to abuse our children. No one in good conscience would want to finance that sort of degenerate political action.
So what beer do you drink instead to avoid a queer beer?
Whatever I want. There are tons of micro craft breweries in Florida, the majority of which are not promoting gay politics. Many are family run and family oriented in culture. I can easily drive down the street and drink locally or pick up and go at several small local breweries that have been on the podium for Florida's best beers several times. I can also pick up roughly 10 different Florida beer brands which offer many different varieties at local grocery stores and liquor stores that are commonly stocked in bottles, cans, and kegs. If I wanted a cheap beer with large reach like Budweiser I could easily replace that with Yuengling which is distributed all throughout the south, most of the north east, and part of the midwest. They tend to be anti-communist/anti-woke in politics and they have a brewery in Tampa to support the Florida economy. If I wanted a craft beer that is distributed across most of the USA, I could go with Abita. I'm sure there are also many other local micro craft breweries across the nation which don't stick beer bottles up their ass. It's not to hard to check them out on the internet if I'm traveling. There are many beer choices that aren't foolish enough to push their politics on their customers. They stick to their core business, making beer.
Your line of thinking is what landed Anheuser-Busch InBev in hot water. Woke marketing directors of large globalist companies think they have a monopoly on what they do, when in reality they are just one of thousands of options. If they know their audience, they have the resources to market and distribute to that audience, if they don't know their audience, they can't destroy their company in 5 minutes and be diminished into a local micro brewery after they are forced to sell their assets to become solvent again. Arrogance will be their downfall. Pride comes before the fall, both figuratively and literally.
The funniest shit is you commies think people are boycotting those beers because they want political action in their favor. What is really happening is those brands are being blackballed completely. They have lost their market share. There is a big big difference in strategy. People that stopped drinking queer beers aren't doing it because they want change in the organization. They aren't negotiating. They have stopped buying the product because they are done with the company.
No but considering the small percentage of the population that community is I don’t know why they are trying to cater to a small percentage of people if they want large volumes of sales? Usually they promote to a larger audiences to get the most sales if they want the most money, it’s not really logical if you want to stay in business
I wonder what would happen if a beer company marketed their beer as Beer For Straits would the alphabet people boycott them?
@DARKCLOUD1945X If they did boycott it I doubt they would notice much of a drop in sales, maybe even an increase from straight people
I am, infact I'm glad I don't drink beer anymore and I'm glad other agree with me and kid rocks response to Bud Light was the best. Getting sick of this clown world woke BS.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/st1VPPGUvpUI don’t even know why so much attention for LGBTQ.. etc
There is much more problems and causes maybe to support. We already got it they want freedom they have it.. now what..! Like GTFOH..
No, I think the people who are "mad", like kid rock, are just upset that they're the ones who aren't being "given more money" to advertise the beer. Kid rock doesn't need more money, trust me
I think it is completely wrong. It is targeting a certain group for the sale of alcohol. They can be cued over it. Besides if they do for one group and not another the is it discrimination and prejudice. I believe that is why the whole marketing team was fired.
They're corporations, they don't support or care about LGBTQ it's all just pandering and advertising.
It's honestly insane to me how triggered some of these guys get over what is essentially just lip service and rainbow packaging.
I'm not mad at them supporting them but unless the business is actually donating some of there profits to a LGBTQ charity from what they sell with this promo stuff I think it's tacky and in poor taste
I don’t understand why companies do this. Personally I don’t drink alcohol, but it’s such a poor marketing move to support any demographic simply because you’re excluding everyone else by giving special recognition to one group
What demographic do you think is being ignored?
Everyone that isn’t gay
You think everyone that isn’t gay is being excluded by Bud Light?
I believe you aren’t seeing the point I’m making
Im not sure you’re even clear on the point you’re trying to make lol
Is the whole world gay or lesbian or transgender? No. So when they slap that kind of marketing on their products they’re given special recognition to that one group.
Instead of being neutral
I asked what demographic is being ignored, and you said “everyone who isn’t gay”…so how is it bud light is ignoring everyone else?
No. If I drank beer I would think I'm not the target clientele of company that sells LGBTQ promoting stuff and there are other beer brands who aim for clientele like me
Not mad, but confused on why and why now.
To me it sounds like a political stunt.
I also believe this will hurt their gross total sales.
All I hear at the bar how many now refuse to drink Budweiser beer because of this.
Yeah as it's dog whistle advertising. Little different to "no Blacks, no dogs" in bygone days.
They are basically pitting one demographic against another to profit from both.
Got nothing against gay guys or lesbians. But if a company is promoting XX genders - straight - lesbians - gays and come with a non zero number then I will contribute to 'go woke, go broke'.
I’m not mad but companies have been doing this for quite some time now. It’s just a crappy beer.
No, since I don't drink beer it doesn't concern me in the least. I love the Budweiser Clydesdales though.
If they make a good product I’ll buy it no matter what they put on their packaging that gets thrown in the trash anyway.
I'm not. But it's funny when people stop buying it just because they made the bottles rainbow.
I don't think they genuinely care about gay people and stuff. It is just a marketing strategy to attract people's attention.
No. Only ones to get mad is those who are weak and want to control this... but can't. Know what I mean by those folks?

...
Only the weak minded and sensitive brats of society. It's a colored packaging. The shit inside hasn't changed.
No, but I think it's as silly as all their other marketing, which I think is all that this is. They're not doing it because they believe in anything. It's just marketing.
No. I find it kind of silly that so many snowflakes are triggered by something so trivial. Who cares about a can or a marketing campaign? I mean really. Do people have nothing better to do?
Dylan is the opposite of "supporting the LGBTQ" so yeah, I don't like it.
I am definitely not mad at them. I’m not old enough to buy Bud Light, but when I am I might buy a six pack just to show my thanks for their support.
Yes... I lose so much sleep thinking about it 🙄
Seriously though, I don't care either way.
That is really unusual. It’s just odd why they have to make a thing of it. Now our drinks talk about sexuality
Yeah. Well I don't drink Bud and Anheiser anyways, so that won't be a problem. I tried boycotting Heineken before but it tastes too damn good
If a company wants to implement DEI policies and ruin its profitability, I don't care.
Any company that goes along with liberal ideology gets an automatic boycott.
No, "Let's Get Biden To Quit" is perfectly fine by me!!
I find it mildly annoying. What does beer have to do with gays.
What I find hilarious is how right wingers change their boycott target from one day to the next.
I wouldn't drink Bud Light even if the cans had pics of Jeff Beck and Chuck Norris on them.
I’m guessing you just don’t like the beer huh 😆
Nope. It is disgusting. I really do not care whom they hire to advertise for them, but they really should consider their customers because a lot do seem to care.
Or maybe it is just the usual complainers who have to make a major deal out of everything they don't like. For all the talk about snowflakes, sometimes that side seems as bad as the other. Not sure why they can't just leave alone those people who aren't violating the person or property of another.
Theyre mad that companies take political sides.
They should sell their product not push political ideologies
I think it is someones dream. People need to grow up... Pass me my bud..
I'm not gay so why would I buy gay products. Makes no sense.
This "lifestyle" is just shoved down our throats. Can't blame the companies though since they just want to make sales.
Yes. Soulless corporations trying to piggyback off of a movement should make more people angry.
No but i find it funny
If it's good, i'd drink that in secret because I don't want people to think I'm gay. I think that's the problem with products like that.
Not mad, but they deserve to lose billions. lol
I don't care either way. I just care if the beverage tastes good
I'm not mad, just indifferent.
I don't care.
nope. i have other things to do lol
I ALREADY boycott that token shit!
Not mad, I like that they're going broke.
Yes, and yes, to both questions.
bigots are
What’s LGBTQ?
The homosexual and loony toon club
And what club are you? The bully baboon?
The say it like it is club.
You don’t think these trannies have a mental health problem? Cause I do. They’re so lost in society that the men have to mutilate themselves and because other grown adults won’t accept their decisions because of how absurd they are, they talk to kids because they need SOMEONE to accept them.
Instead of getting professional help.
Yes..
I’m not mad
I don't care.
Who fucking cares
