What do you make for your child for breakfast?

for my nephew: I take care of him

Breakfast:

2 scrambled eggs no salt with avocado

about 20 blueberries
and a small portion of greek plain whole milk yogurt ( I add a tiny bit of sugar and cut strawberries to mix in there for taste)

I serve water to drink sometimes Yakult or home made powder gatorade but prefer to offer water first

he is 2 years old and people think he is about 5, he looks healthy and strong not fat or skinny

when he was a baby I made homemade Gerber type of food with veggies.

now at 2 it's more difficult to give veggies but this breakfast I posted above is very healthy and eventually will add veggie to the combo other than avocado, if not it's ok he can have them in other meal course like lunch and dinner.

Avocado is normally in all his meals if it's available.

I don't have a kid but I made food for my 11 year younger brother thousands of times. Fruit yogurts, he preferred homemade ones with fruits from glasses or fresh fruits and he loved warm Vienna sausages with mustard and ketchup. I bought always expensive ones made of veal for him. Generally fruits, dairy and high quality meat with low amount of fast carbs.
He isn't overweight and he is football captain in school. I'm a little bit proud of him because I molded him more than our mother.
