I wouldn't. I have a theory. Every girl I ever dated that didn't cook or couldn't cook was lazy. Maybe it's just a fluke, but the ones that did cook stayed active and were more fun because I could cook with them. I love to cook and to cook together with a girl, there's something special about spending that time together.

If she’s willing to balance it out somewhere else and doesn’t mind my cooking it would be ok as long as she does a bit of relief cooking/gives me nights off somewhat regularly.

I prefer to do all the cooking and all of the household chores, including laundry, yard work, painting/maintenance, etc, and anything else I can do, so she can just relax and enjoy herself.

Yeah, she doesn't need to know how to cook. It would be nice if she learned some basic stuff to make but she doesn't need to be some high level chef.
