I found out most of my favorite sauces/dips are mayonnaise based. I already love mayonnaise itself though. My boyfriend on the other hand doesn't like it, but he’s obsessed with ranch which i think is a very overrated dip!!

I like it a lot on turkey or chicken sandwiches. I make tuna salad and egg salad with it. I sometimes put it on burgers with ketchup.
I make simple dips for grilled fish by adding garlic salt, pepper and fresh lemon juice to mayo.
I use mayo quite a bit.

You can add anything to it to make sauces, dips and aiolis. Even classics like Bearnaise, Hollandaise and Tartar sauces are made with mayonnaise.

It can even be used in baking.

I also like Miracle Whip. It's not mayo, but sometimes the extra tang is good.

I grew up on Miracle Whip, which my mother loved. Later in life, I discovered mayonnaise, which is superior to Miracle Whip. I like mayonnaise so much that I add it instead of water or milk when I scramble eggs... gives the eggs an interesting flavor.
