Not sure I have a signatur dish as I do like variety. If you would ask friends probably pasta salad as thats what I mostly bring to BBQs etc. So they would know me mest for it.

It was Lasagna a time long, now it's venison roast with chanterelles or champignons cream sauce.

I like to make cabbage soup without meat which is not how most people make it but I find the vegetables have a stronger taste when you exclude meat which minimizes the amazing vitamin taste of cabbage soup.
