Lately it's been salmon with angle hair, claims and scallops.

Baking wise it's my apple pie. I'm really happy with the consistency. It hold together in a slice, has a cinnamon crumbles inspired by the paste from Cinnabon but still has a little bit of a soupy filling so it doesn't taste dry. I'm still perfecting the crust though. I don't really like pie crust.

I like to make cabbage soup because I think it is extremely healthy. There is just one problem which is my version has no protein in the ingredient list. But I could easily fix that by melting some cheese into it the next time I make it.

Signature as in my favorite? Chicken parmesan with spaghetti. Be nice and liberal on the sauce. I like to put sauce on the spaghetti and stir it to mix the sauce with it nice and evenly before I stir my fork and take a bite😇
