Chocolates or Coffee/Teas?

Today is my last day of physical therapy, and I wanted to give thanks to those therapists who helped me learn to walk again! There is a staff of 5 therapaists, and a sweet receptionist who went out of her way to make sure my rides to therpay were waiting outside for me. I was going to get them all iced coffee drinks/ teas, or a large box of fine assorted chocolates to share around the facility. If YOU were a therapist, what would you prefer?

Chocolates would be easier to bring, by the way. The drinks would have to be brought in by my driver into the lobby. It's a lot--but they sure work hard--for those of you who have seen therapists at work. A noble profession indeed. Despite the pain!

And chocloate it was! I nice big box with assorted fine choclates, bith dark and milk choclate. They appreciated them, especially when thye were hungry about 5:00 and still there. Those guys work until 7:00 each night, so I was happy to show them my appreciation.

Chocolates are preferred. Easier to handle, and gives everyone a choice of what they want. If you bring drinks, they may not be drinks that the group enjoys.

when i went to physical therapy, there was always candies at the front desk. when i was finished with treatment, i gave my PT his favorite candy because he mentioned it while we were chatting about nonsense.

regardless, they'd be happy with anything. i'd pick chocolate

As long as you make sure they don't have any allergies, chocolate would be a nice gift.

Amy, I hope thst you had a good outcome. I had a hip replacement a couple of years ago and the PT treatment I got really helped me regain almost 100% function.
The idea of chocolates is nice but maybe just a dozen donuts would be better.

The chocolates were easier for me to get, and they were from a good chocolatier here. Hip replacements, I have heard, are easier to deal with although they are still a major surgery, than knee replacements. Yesterday I was measured for the final time, my range of motion of my knee, and it was 121 degrees. The goal had been 120, and I was always at 115, so I was very surprised. am still walking with cane and still a little shaky on the pavement, so I use the walker for outside and the cane indoors, until the quads get stronger on the right leg.

Yes, the hip replacement is a tougher surgery but the knee rehabs atr harder.

That's what I thought, too. I was going to get different flavored teas and iced coffees, but not everyone likes them.

Really? I'ver heard that dark chocolate has the ability to make you feel as if you're in love, from something called flavonoids in it, but didn't think about sex.
