I like turbot but they've become a rare catch in the uk. Last fish I ate was bass.

I don't know what kind of fish was in the Salted Fish Fried Rice we ate last Sunday.

Before that, we had tuna (Sashimi), salmon (Sashimi), fresh water eel (Sushi), mussels and oysters in a restaurant last Friday.

I'm not sure if I've had turbot, but I have had flounder and halibut. I think halibut is one of the best tasting fish in the ocean.

I like cod and haddock. Turbuts rarely have the size to make fillets of them, but their meat tastes very good and is fatty
