What do you think of imitation lobster meat? What is it?

Imitation lobster isn't really lobster. Might kind of taste like it though. I've only had imitation crab though so I can't say.

It's usually a pulverized fish base with different flavourings and colourings added to it (usually fake too). But I think imitation anything is just weird. Same goes for that "impossible meat" stuff. No thanks!

Lobster is way overrated. So is king crab. Out of any lobster/crab species, snow crab is way better in my opinion. I'd also like to try Chesapeake blue crab.
