How did my local pub get like the worst manager ever?

like what is wrong with this person , last Friday on the bar's social media she posted a picture of a hot dog beside a bowl of soup , this was suppose to be the special of the day and bring people into the pub on Friday night? like seriously is this some kind of sick joke , why would this motivate anyone to come in on a Friday night and the post didn't even say what it cost , none of there posts about food include a price despite people struggling with inflationary food price increases rate now.

and she doesn't even have anything planned for Halloween weekend , like nothing , this pub doesn't even do a trivia night or anything during the week its like empty on week nights , i bet there is like no one there rate now if you walked in and that its planning to close early for the night

seriously like worst manager ever , it doesn't even have live music anymore either , used to every weekend but now rarely ever

its Halloween weekend and appears nothing at all is planning there , another sandwich post today not joking is this some kind of sick joke? no party but we have a sandwich of the day on sale? like seriously

must of been a quiet Halloween there , didn't see anything posted about them doing much of anything but seems there now getting desperate and put out a post today for drink specials on Sunday which is odd as who goes there the Sunday after Halloween for a caesar? most clueless manager ever

they won't let me do anything , i've been to many bars and obviously know the scene well but not once has she asked me for advice or my input , she mostly just ignores me , a snobby one you could say

trust me anyone could come up with something better than what she is doing , can't believe the owner puts up with this but at some point he'll realise she needs to go but i fear it might not be until its too late and bar is beyond saving , it could still be saved now if they get rid of her but maybe not in another year or two if she stays on current course , even on Friday when it used to be really busy most nights the place is virtually empty and bartenders talk to each other as they have nothing to do

like anyone who's been to bars could come up with ideas , some drink specials , a shot of the night or beer which is on sale after 10pm on bar nights , bring back live music , get some social media influences to come out and post pictures to there feeds

no way he's involved with her , she doesn't even like men and married to a women ,

i'm not sure the place is losing that much money as during the day its still a restaurant and during summer was still busy , its the bar nights after 10 pm which are really struggling

i've seen him there a couple times , never seems involved with the business , just drinks with guy friends or others , he seems like an idiot , once i saw him drive home drunk , maybe he's dealing with some other issue like an ill family member or divorce , to explain why he's ok with her running it and not even doing a good job either

its also possible he's affaird to try and get rid of her based on who she is ( female/lesbian ) but also possible he's worried he'll have to manage it himself or can't think of anyone else who could or would want the job , its more of a summertime hang out so be a long winter there as its not very busy
