How do you like your bacon cooked?

Per your picture, all of those look great. Number 1 is maybe a too raw looking but 2 through 6, all are great.

I like bacon at the breakfast table cooked to a medium crisp. When a woman fries my fat little piglet ass into pay pig bacon, I prefer to be well fried and thoroughly-sautéed;)

2-3. I put bacon in the frying pan, add a little water and first boil the bacon to remove excess salt, then drain the water and brown. It is consistently good!

I used to always cook it in a frying pan, now I cook it in the oven. It comes out more evenly cooked.

ast ironing @Staximus Medium-low heat in a cast iron frying pan works well. Breed toakfast includes grits, which also need to cook low and slow, so cooking bacon slow is easy to accomodate.

As a bacon professional, I will inform you that you must cook it till all the white fat turns yellow at least. When the fat starts to turn orange, you are entering into the realm of bacon magic. If you can get all the fat to turn orange and not burn it, you are a bacon black belt. A bacon wizard. A bacon master.
