Is this racism, laziness or low intelligence? Messed up our order 4 times?

My dad asked for a bacon sandwich and they gave him sausage, remade it upon his request, made sausage the second time, before realizing their error, throwing out 2 sausage bagels, and giving him a bacon bagel.

My creme cheese bagel did not have crème cheese in it and she asked me twice if I wanted cheese in my bagel.

My coffee came 8 minutes late and was supposed to be a latte and not a coffee. I paid for a latte and got a coffee.

My dad says one of the ladies at Costco is racist and purposely gives him undersized wings when he orders chicken wings from the counter cause he does not like my dads race and poor English.

Also at Tim Hortons, there are two egg shells in our sandwich cause they did not sanitize their food properly before cooking it.
