What was the LAST thing you cooked at home?

I just cooked some hot sauce about an hour ago. With chocolate habaneros or Jamaican hot chocolate peppers (not sure which). I roasted them a little bit in the barbecue last night, and roasted some onion. I added Louisiana fish seasoning, some blackened seasoning, blackstrap molasses, a small mandarin orange, garlic, and black pepper. I put it in the blender, then froze it in a jar last night, then defrosted it today and tasted it. It needed more seasoning and molasses, so I added more and put it in a pot and heated it up to bring out the flavor more.
Leftovers.
Pasta, Zuccini, an open glas of tomato sauce, vegan cevapcici that weren't in the fridge too long.
Scrambled eggs. that was a month ago, and not anymore because I'm sharing with roommates... and those ain't my eggs. Also boiled some and tossed two away because I fked them up. They didn't say anything but... let's not give them a reason to have sex next door to me as a way to get back at me, shall we? 🫠
Hello Kitty pasta 🤣🤣

As for me I wanted to try something new so I made southern fried cabbage which was delicious & I would definitely make it again & cut down on the grease as well.
The last thing I remember cooking was boiling garlic and tea bags. I mix the two together as an antidote for things like coughing or the flu or liver inflammation. I make a cup or two for me and my parents each day.
I just made some broiled chicken breast with Cajun seasoning for dinner a few hours ago. Also had some steam-in-the-bag vegetables, but the microwave did all the work, I just opened and shut the door, and pushed literally one button, lmao
Do sandwiches count?
I boiled some eggs and made an egg sandwich today.
If not, I just stirred up some shrimp and broccoli last week.
Venison goulash
Last Friday when I got home I made spaghetti. It turned out ok I did use a flavor pack I guess that's why it was okay
Did you know a single spaghetti is called a spaghettio? If you like homemade spaghetti try making spaghetti lasagna. Instead of lasagna sheets or noodles use spaghetti & layer with like you layer a lasagne.
@Static_In_The_Attic I'm interested lasagna made with spaghetti noodles right?
It’s easy, it’s delicious & it soaks up flavors wonderfully. Boil your spaghetti & layer it like you would layer a lasagna. Baking dish, meat sauce mixture, spaghetti, ricotta cheese & spice mixture & keep repeating the process. Jimmy dean hot Italian ground sausage works good.
@Static_In_The_Attic I hope I can do this
https://youtu.be/oGZPggtqRPc?feature=shared Here is another way to make it but layer it like a lasagna.
I’m going to find you a better video.
Omelette, onions and garlic and ham and cheese.
Triwatt, my newest Lego Transformer. He was a huge success, the legs turned out way better than I thought.
I haven’t cooked in years. I heat things up.
tacos...
toast with peach and honey jam :)
Eggs in the microwave 🤣
Stir fried pita.
Black beans on yellow rice...
I made gnocchi with vodka sauce and meatballs.
Crab cakes
They were thanks 😊
I haven’t had crab cakes in a long time & you just gave me an idea. Make a crab cake burger.
@Static_In_The_Attic go for it
Thanks to you I am going to go for it. Crab cake patties, instead of lettuce coleslaw, pepper crusted bacon, cheese is going to be a tough one because it’s all about finding the right cheese & as for the bun I’m going to have to think on this one.
@Static_In_The_Attic Nice one enjoy
soup
Butter chicken
Interesting…
@Static_In_The_Attic why? Have you had that before?
It’s possible but if truth be told I think I would remember it. It’s usually barbecue or rotisserie or chicken Parmesan or lemon chicken for me.
@Static_In_The_Attic it’s curry
Salmon
Eggs.
cornbread
Tiramisu:)
