What’s the last meal you cooked for yourself?

Last night, I made air fryer chicken cordon bleu with tomato-rice.
I cut the breasts in half, egg-washed and coated one side of each breast half with crushed corn flakes and seasoning, put them in the air fryer till crispy. Add a slice of swiss cheese and ham between the two pieces of fried chicken breasts (stacked) and melt them together in air fryer.
Steamed rice with canned tomatoes, added some pepper, rosemary and garlic. A little Worcestershire sauce for some kick.
I sure do. I couldn't do without one now. I use it all the time. I love homemade fish and chips and it makes the fish batter nice and crispy, yet the fish is hot and tender inside. Just a teaspoon of avocado oil, no immersing the fish in oil. Same results.
Cheers!🙌
Today I made hash from potatoes, ham, onions and garlic. Served some over very easy eggs on top. We make 99% of our meals from "scratch", including breads, pasta, yogurt. Occasionally I'll use a frozen product, like PF Changs chinese food, but I don't even make Mac n Cheese from a box... it's all as fresh as possible.
I don’t remember, it was over 6 months ago I think, I cooked pasta with my own recipe.
Tasted amazing.
I don’t usually cook myself, I order from restaurants most of the time.
Cooking is something I couldn’t make myself interested in…
I am not proud of that but that is what it is.
I hope someday I’ll find myself interested in cooking.
I made French Onion Soup from scratch last night for the first time. It was so good! My husband was talking about it when we went to bed, again today, and again tonight. 😋
It is way easier than I imagined.

I haven’t cooked a real meal in a month.
Been eating salads, sandwiches, and Amy’s.
My oven is shit and they’re frequently out of ingredients at the grocery store over here. So simple meals and smoothies it is.
I made mushroom soup with dried ceps on homemade chicken broth and pizza with expensive Salami and Swiss emmentaler. Not much but high quality.
I chicken breast. 1 head of broccoli. McCormick seasons. Butter.
Pasta and meat sauce, similar to the picture
Stuffed turkey breast with gravy and roasted diced potatoes
Ham and potato soup just the other night. Because it was a cold mo'fugga out. It was -2 and that's without the wind chill.
Yummy

Salmon patties! And yes I count that as from scratch. I chopped, breaded, seasoned and fried those tasty fuckers to almost perfection :)
It's all about the preparation first in your mindset, then the ingredients.
Stuft salmon and a baked potato with green beans.
Actually cooking or heating it up in the microwave or oven?
From scratch? I don't think I ever have done one fully from scratch.
