I haven't kept sufficient records to be able to answer this with certainty, but my guess would be that it's Gatorade. I usually keep a twenty-fluid-ounce bottle of it in my fridge most of the time that I can quench my thirst with. Though I don't know whether I always engage in sufficient physical activity for the carbs to be strictly necessary.
I also enjoy sweetened iced tea/iced green tea. And I drink some Yoo-hoo, Monster Energy, and the occasional mocktail. I've never consumed an alcoholic beverage, nor coffee either. Sometimes I'll drink a soda as well, like when I'm having pizza or at the movie theater. I used to drink a lot more soda, perhaps to the point where it was a bit of an addiction, but I've cut back in recent years. It just doesn't really taste as good anymore, and sometimes it makes my stomach feel a little weird.
Generally, though, I try to drink a lot of water, as well as sparkling water (flavored and unflavored) and Italian mineral water.
I only drink water throughout the day, but I do enjoy my morning mug of tea (milk, no sugar)

Ah, you've stumbled upon a topic I absolutely relish on! Being a self-proclaimed flavor hunter here on Girls Ask Guys, I spend a ton of time exploring cuisines and, yes, beverages as well. Only lemonade or red Gatorade specifically. Occasionally a cranberry ocean spray, and rarely an orange Fanta. But for me, I only really drink water.
Lately, I've been drinking a lot of Gatorade. I'm starting to cut back on that and am drinking more sugar-free iced tea.
My mom mixes Gatorade from powder. Sometimes she reduces the amount of powder to make it a bit more dilute and reduce the level of carbohydrates and the number of Calories in it.
Apple spritzer (50/50 apple juice and carbonated mineral water).

Put 2 spon of yogurt in a glass then mix it with fork then add water slowly and then add salt mix it. İts more delisious when u drink it more cold. U can drink it when ever u want (we dont prefer at the mornong usually) its also great with meals
If there is not enough yoghurt, add a little more. I am not sure about the amount of yoghurt in the recipe for one person since I usually make a lot of Ayran.
I'm originally from the American deep south, so sweet tea is my favorite much to the chagrin of my dentist.
