My mother always made a Christmas ham, which I’m not that big on. Now that she’s gone, my aunt has taken over hosting the family Christmas festivities…and my two younger cousins, who were actually raised Jewish, incidentally, always insisted on a Christmas Eve lasagna from my aunt (their grandma) when they’d stay overnight before trekking to my family’s home Christmas morning, and now, that’s been kicked into Christmas Day. So we’ve got vegetarian lasagna (one of the cousins doesn’t eat meat) and meatballs and Italian sausages on the side. Heavy treadmill session planned for the 26th at the gym, haha
So, the point is, we’ve already abandoned tradition, so I’d definitely fuck with some pizza on Christmas.
Yes, I would, because pizza is delicious any day of the year.
Interestingly enough, my family never has traditional Christmas foods on Christmas Day. We rarely (if ever) eat ham, and/or turkey on Christmas, and we never have eggnog. We usually just fill up on cinnamon rolls, chocolate, and just cook frozen foods for lunch lol. We do tend to go to my aunt's house on Christmas Evening for a spaghetti dinner, but we didn't do that last year. We celebrate Christmas mainly for gifts, giving, and just the spirit of being together.
This is the first year in my life I am seriously considering not doing Christmas day and just sitting in my PJ's with a couple of slices of pizza and some Netflix. I've hosted and cooked just about every year since I became an adult. This year has been rough with family passing, and dealing with my own illness, and dealing with other sick family, and just being overwhelmed with other things, so just chilling out and not having to meet anybodys expectations or cook sounds great.
Well, I wouldn't but I wasn't offended if the person I visit made a decorative Christmas theme pizza.

Maybe buy it after Christmas, but I love the usual Christmas dinner we have.
If I was doing Christmas alone, then, sure. But I don't see it as a top choice for family get-togethers. It's more of a Christmas Eve kind of choice, which is, to me anyway, more informal and kid-focused.
Not everyone has a family to be with at Christmas, though, and some who do still can't always be with them, so it's good that there are options for those who just aren't going to have a big traditional meal.
Kind of like the Chinese restaurant in A Christmas Story...
I don't celebrate Christmas, but it's still my favourite time of year. In the past with my friends we have done a full turkey dinner the works. We have also done Chinese food and pizza. Depending if people have I would rather a full Christmas dinner ( nothing beats that). I care more for being surrounded by family and friends, and good conversation.. having a good time people with everyone.
No, no and no lol, at least for me. Afterwards, if I were invited to a Christmas dinner with Pizzas, I would still eat with pleasure, and I wouldn't say anything lol
One of the best things about Christmas dinner is the leftovers on December 26th like Turkey sandwiches. So thats a big negative for a paltry pizza on Christmas Day. Save the pizza for New Year’s Eve.
Well... For Christmas dinner, I might have a pizza. For Christmas Eve dinner, I would stick to traditional dishes.
There's a good reason nobody puts sprouts in a pizza. They will shrivel up and have too much water content, and turn the pizza into a soggy mess. Sprouts are eaten raw for a reason. Only good cooked in a stir fry
Pizza is always a good choice for dinner, holiday or not.
Christmas Eve Family Get Together in PA. Dominoes, Please. lolxxoo
Not me particularly but I don't mind adding it to the wide variety of dishes gonna be served.
I live with my parents and we have a good meal on Christmas. But if pizza was all I could afford, then it is better then nothing.
I would, but it would have to be a really special pizza from one of my favorite places in the country. There are several of them.
If I was alone, then maybe. However that won't be the case. I'll be with at least 15 other people for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, with enough food for 75 people. I'll happily be 10 pounds heavier on Tuesday.
It can't be any worse than what is usually served at Christmas.
People became so lazy that they can't even bother having a proper Christmas dinner lol
Maybe. But I wouldn't buy a frozen pizza but a good pizza down the block from a local pizzaiolo I would lol.
If you give me a piece of pizza i eat it. I like pizza but not too much
No. But I could agree to have one for Christmas lunch.
No thanks. I will go for a traditional turkey dinner.
Christmas dinner? I didn't know that was a thing.
Lol it's not an unusual meal for Christmas.
Yepp I’ll be over for Christmas see you soon! Yummy 🙂✌️💯
If I was single I'd give it a try.
yes, i'd rather!
Only if the Bumpus hounds ate the turkey.
I totally would.
for those who dont want to cook. why not
Pizza never not has a spot in my heart 🍕
I would have no complaints.
Sure! Pizza is good anytime.
Oh i love all of them
