What did you do with your left over Christmas turkey?

I'm going to guess at least half of them in the UK ended up in a boxing day curry. The rest in sandwiches or in the dog.

I make whole dinners that can be reheated, and whatever is left after that is sandwiches. This is my normal process anyway - I don't cook just a single meal for myself - if I cook, I make 2-3 meals worth and make meal plates in those multi-section plastic trays.

We strip the meat and save it for leftovers. My backyard borders on forest, so I just leave the carcass at the edge of the woods, and it’s never there the next morning, lmao. I hear coyotes out there all the time, I’m sure they make quick work of it.

We had lobster cause it costs around the same as turkey when you buy for 3 and it requires less work to cook.

The majority in sandwiches, but I've got into the habit of dicing or shredding leftover turkey and freezing for use in future soups or stews, I've never been a fan of curried turkey.
