If I roasted a pork loin tonight, can I freeze it and leave it for another time?

I can't go to a party tonight, and so I had to cancel. I was going to bring this with me, but being I can't go, I was thinking of freezing it and then thawing it until I can go to another gathering. Yes, or no? I thought since many cooked meals are frozen, why not this?

I decided to follow the advice of freezing the meat before it collected bacteria.
The meat had marinated all day in a fusion of olive oil and lemon juice, with lots of garlic and spices. There was a lot of fat in the loin so I wasn’t afraid it would be dry, and the fatty side was on top. My pork loins are always juicy. I also roasted it with foil. Thanks for all your advice.
