Need more details.
There was color change in parts of it.
What type of meat was it?
How long was the raw meat kept in the fridge?
Had it been in the freezer at all before?
Was it refrigerated when it was purchased?
How did you cook it, what method?
Was it in a liquid?
The only thing I know is that you ate meat that was left out at room temp for 2 days.
I bought the meat. I wouldn't know the before.
I bought t from meat shop. I forgot to put it at freezer and it stayed about 2 days at room temp.
Later I put it at freezer. When I take it from freezer, it was smelling bad
Throw it out.
You might get sick.
