Gentlemen Jack tastes just like an overpriced Jack Daniel’s No.7 with a splash of artificial honey flavor.


Crown Royal… Sure it’s good at masking the whiskey taste that some people don’t like, but it feels like I’m drinking a bottle of perfume. Not my cup of tea.

Lol. 🤣 To each their own. You’re right, it IS smooth. I just personally prefer No.7 if I’m having Jack. It may have more of a bite, but I enjoy the flavor profile more.

I’ve actually never have had Woodford Reserve. I based my answer on what style of whiskey I typically enjoy (bourbon). But, there are good and bad bourbons so I could be wrong. Maybe Gentleman Jack IS the best option of the 3. 😉

I would choose Gentleman Jack over Crown Royal though. Crown Royal doesn’t even taste like whiskey. It’s like hard perfume. 🤣
