I usually make myself a pastrami and cheese sandwich for work when I don't feel like eating out. It doesn't fill me up much, but it's at least something

  Yes white meat I have been experimenting with red meat as of lately so far I think my stomach can handle it again. I haven't gone deep into it but I have tried out red meat burger meat and a few other things and no serious adverse reaction as before.
