It seems to me like they're rounding all over the place and in inconsistent ways prior to multiplying.
For example, they list the container as having ~2.5 servings per container but 828ml/360ml is 2.3, so apparently they're rounding to the nearest half unit in that case.
Then for the calories per serving, it seems like they are allowed to floor the less than 1g carbs per serving to 0 to arrive at 0kcal/serving (0gC x 4kcal/C = 0kcal). Yet the number of carbs/serving has to be only slightly less than 1g ([0.8g, ~0.87g] depending on whether we treat a container as accurately containing 2.3 servings or rounded up to the nearest half unit to contain 2.5) to arrive even at a rounded 2gC/container.
Yet the 2gC/container must also be rounded, from a range of [2g,2.5g) or [2g,2.5g] if they're allowed to floor it, to arrive at 10kcal/container given only 4kcal/C. Or it might even be in a range with the max higher than 2.5g as they're likely also rounding or even flooring the calories as well.
Anyway, it seems like there's rounding and flooring all over the place. The rules are very unclear to me. I often wish they just eliminated the serving size completely from these labels and just list the whole container's nutritional value so that we can suffer less from all these errors accumulated from aggressive rounding.
Is that like, 7 x 13 = 28?

It does have sodium, so I guess it is a calculation on their part to give that some calories.
Incidentally, calories often don't count much if you're trying to lose weight, as long as you don't fill up on too much junk food. Its when you eat and for long that counts. You can eat for 8 hours in a day, and just have tea, black coffee or water, lemon water, the rest of the time. If you follow this routine you can lose an incredible amount of weight, especially if you're a man. It's called intermittent fasting. Start eating at 11:00am for example, and stop at 7:00. Drink lots of water in between, and continue thew same way the following day.
I heard you can legally claim 0 calories beneath a certain threshold of calories. Lots of loopholes businesses in America take advantage of to trick people.

That's how they get you on the fat a lot of times too. This doughnut is 24 servings, each one is.2 grams of fat so I can round down to zero instead of saying it's almost 5 grams. They cannot call it "a fat free food" however. The fact that such labeling is actually legal may have something to do with why americans are getting fatter every year
Sounds like a truncation issue. Likely the computation goes something like "int grams × int caloriesPerGram = int totalCalories" and since the grams for one serving is less that one it is truncated as zero. My guess is they have different code for when an amount is greater than a gram just so they could produce the "less than a gram" on the label.
There are 2g of carbs in the bottle. Because each serving is less than 1g of carbs they can get away with calling it 0g. So 0g of carbs has 0 kcal of energy; whereas 2g of carbs has 10 kcal of energy. Honestly they need to stop pretending that a single use item has multiple servings.

I think the simple explanation is the bottle is 10 calories and you are expected to eat it.
Their official thought on Gatorade zero is that 10 calories per 20-ounce bottle, is a low-calorie option compared to regular Gatorade, which contains around 140 calories.

It looks like they rounded off the amount of carb per serving. The total is 2 grams for the container of 2.5 servings, which comes out to be <1 gram per serving.
