Which sheep looks the most delicious?

Following on from yesterday's cow question. Which of these sheep looks the most delicious?

With the odd exception like "salt marsh lamb" it's unusual to see lamb labelled with breed in the supermarket. Although chefs will favour certain ones most people aren't as clued up on meat difference.
But let's forget that, which of these sheep would you like to eat based on appearance?

I went with Scottish Blackface. I have no idea why but there seems to be a pattern in that it has huge horns similar to the Highland Cow I picked in the previous. I think I might associate something that looks more wild and dangerous with tasty.

@adam6402 I might have my instincts backwards that way! My brain seems to associate something more wild-looking and less-domesticated as tastier when it's likely the opposite.

One bizarre thing about me though is that I often love really tough and chewy foods like squid jerky. I'm the only one in my inner circle, for example, who doesn't like Wagyu steak very much (and I've tried the highest here in Japan at really fancy restaurants) because it's too tender. I actually like my steaks on the fairly tough and chewy side.

Also my favorite organ meat is heart which tends to be incredibly tough and chewy. I got some addiction to really tough and chewy foods. I think they're the most fun to eat.

After a thorough inspection, I must say that the sheep wearing a tiny, orange wig is definitely the most delicious. It's like nature's attempt at a satirical joke, and in this case, I'm sure it hit the mark. Yum, yum!

Difficult to choose between the Scottish or the black Welsh which have the best meats in terms of flavor, marbling, fat content etc went with black Welsh because I don't eat sheep that often and I tend to choose black Welsh over the Scottish.

Dorset. They look neat and I think would be particular, eating only the most succulent grass.

The others look like they would eat any rubbishy grass and consequently be tough meat.
