It's worth remembering the majority of the lambs you see gambling around the fields are destined for the Asian market and will end up in places like Dubai. It's one of the reasons it's so expensive in the shops and why I can afford nice things. It also tells you how to cook it, lamb will stand up to a good spicing without being masked.

Personally I prefer the slow cook parts, neck, shoulder, belly, and shank over things like chops.

I love the flavor of lamb! Rack of lamb is a treat. And I love lamb shank cooked with veggies and broth in a slow cooker until it is falling off the bone.

As for me I’m always up for a lamb dinner & although I only have it once in a blue moon when I do have it I enjoy it.

I like lamb skewers but if the lamb is poor quality it will make me disgusted. I am very picky about high quality lamb and low quality lamb.
