What food pairings go good with ground lamb?

Lambs pretty expensive so you don't want to overdo the herbs and spices. Mint, rosemary, and garlic are classics but Asian and Middle east spices work very well.
Lamb can be a bit fatty so beans or lentils work well to soak up the oil. Moussaka is always a good lamb mince dish as is shepherd's pie.
A Merlot glaze and cheer reduction sauce..
…it’s the sauce that makes the dish ;)
In the U. S. - french fries & ketchup, I reckon :D
My own choice: roasted potatoes, broccoli or cauliflower, and some salad with Zaziki (or whichever way you spell it). And with a generous amount of Rosemary and garlic.
Red wine, maybe a good Cabernet Sauvignon, garlic Parmesan fries, and spinach.
