Ever eaten lamb chops? Do they taste like beef, chicken, etc? What sides, vegetables, and beverages are best served with it?

Lamb has a vaguely minty taste, it's unique and not like any other meat. That's why lamb chops are often served with mint sauce.

Roasted or boiled new potatoes, green beans, broccoli, carrot are all good sides. If you want to go exotic, lamb with cous cous and roasted vegetables and a yogurt sauce is very very good too!

Probably a red, but every good wedding I've been to has offered a choice of red, white or sparkling.

Lamb tastes like nothing you've eaten before.
It has a very particular taste.

Best served with a side of baby carrots , baked cherry tomatoes , corn kernels , peas and lettuce.
Some mashed potatoes to mop up the juices afterward.
