Is my friend rude or am I just sensitive?

I remember when I was unemployed and my friend wanted me to meet her and she will treat me she texted me to be at this mall at this time so I went and we went to Mcdonalds and she ordered a burger fries and cokefloat and meal arrived and we sat on table to eat and discuss things and she said" this is just one time of me treating you and there's no next time " before we eat I thought thats kinda rude? Or am I just too sensitive?

When I treat my friends I dont say that unless I can sense that I always give and they dont return the same like I only give no "give and take relationships " Plus its only first time she ever treated me. I Never asked her to treat me. She insisted me to meet her

I would thank her for this "heartbreaking benevolence" walk away without eating anything and deleting her contact in my phone. Especially if I didn't ask for it.
