I love Tortellini. Filled with - Fresh Mushroom, Cheese, Lobster Crab and Prawn comb, Pork Prosciutto and Parmesan, Spinach & Ricotta, Aubergine Parmigiana, Prosciutto Cotto & Mozzarella, Chicken & Smoked Pancetta, Basil and Pine Nut Pesto.
I prefer to make my own, but there are some really good pre-made Tortellini, but there are some really terrible one that taste like cardboard irrespective of the filling.
