Are there any healthy sugar free cakes I can eat for my birthday in Toronto? Dad is watching his sugar?

I suggested not getting a cake at all and just grabbing some sushi and a sugar free Tim Hortons latte.

I have to guard a dementia patient at their medical appointment on my birthday so I told my cousin not to delivery restaurant food to my house that day because I am not going to be home.

Dr. Berg says if they take out the sugar they will triple the fat or it won't taste good enough for you to buy the cake a second time and they will lose your business.

Why I think a normal cake is better than a low sugar one.

Halving the sugar might mean tripling the added fat to make it taste better.
