I'd say the same, but we call it arroz con leche. Looks pretty similar to the Italian version, the Spaniards brought it to the colonies.

Almost anything without banana in it. I DO like bananas- raw- in the skin- just not a big fan in recipes.

Rice pudding with cinnamon? Lots of cinnamon? Oh yes. And cinnamon and raisins? Double yes. I scratch cook our own when the mood hits.

Chocolate ice cream. Pies: cherry, berry, apple. Vanilla ice cream on top is allowed on occasion.

Ethnic bakery: Bohemian/Slavic, Italian, Greek- yes.

Jello or chocolate/vanilla pudding. Loved them since I was a kid and they aren't too sweet or filling. I also really like gulab jamun, they are really good!
