Do you like to eat salmon skin?

Have you tried salmon skin sushi rolls?

When my wife and I fry up salmon, I leave the skin in the skillet and fry it until it is crispy. I think it's delicious. She doesn't care for it that much, so I get to have it all. 😃

I don't eat it plain, though. I dip it in aioli that we make with organic mayo, lemon juice from our own, home-grown lemons, garlic powder, and black pepper. 😋😋😋
