I used to buy myself a ghost shaped cookie from Starbucks every Halloween when I was younger. This was before I started university which got me so busy I would go months without visiting Starbucks, aside from the one on campus. I also loved their kale chips. I would usually buy 3 or 4 and take the other 2 or 3 home with me after eating one at the restaurant.

We don't have Thanksgiving in the UK but Halloween is associated with apple based desserts and in some places people still make soul cakes which are like a type of cookie.
