Why don't humans make their own honey?

Why we out here just jacking bees? Bees use honey to feed their colony, meanwhile we are just taking all their shit, from what they say bees just chew on the pollen for a long time until it turns to honey and then they store it, can we not find a way to do a similar process? we rather just steal it from bees than make it ourselves, im pretty sure we can max produce it too, we rather just open places where we enslave bees to make us honey than do the process ourselves, or do we not know how to make honey properly? 😂

bees would be extinct long time ago... basically, we domesticated the bee... and now they don't have other means or chances to exist on their own and survive on their own, because we completely disrupted their "wild" life style
