Is Honey A Fruit Or Vegetable?

Without google, can you tell me if honey is a fruit or vegetable? It comes from plants... Just give me your opinion or select from the polls.

Well, honey goes through multiple different changes to get to to it's final form. It comes from the nectar of the flowers that become fruits eventually, but it's even more complicated than that. I wouldn't categorize it as a vegetable or a fruit, but as a sugar.

flowers produces nectars. bees have glands which secrete an enzyme. when the bees collect the nectar, it is then mixed with the enzyme in the bee’s mouth. once the bee gets back to the hive, they drop the nectar into the honeycomb.

Depends on if its natural or artificial honey, natural honey is neither while artificial honey is essentially high fructose corn syrup with "honey flavoring" so i suppose it could be considered a vegetable product.
