I read that question and at the same exact time I felt like I had to throw up and have a diarrhea s*** oh my God no no no no no
I like graham crackers with my chocolate pudding and a big tall glass of ice cold milk no on the other stuff why would you do that to yourself when you ask somebody do you want to treat you give them what I just said above what you said is not a treat that is throw up and diarrhea s*** always the same time lol no no no no no
Blood pudding is one of the most god awful things I have ever tasted. And when I found out what it was made of I was even more grossed out. English food is terrible.
Larger chunks of fat are usually sign of quality in finely chopped sausages but I think real black pudding needs to be rather very homogeneous otherwise it looks too french or too german.
Lived in the UK for awhile and that is one thing I would never touch.. :(

Black pudding here in Belgium has always been a tradition as far as I remember, and I like it. There are different recipes, with more or less spices depending on the butcher's taste. Some towns have their own local recipes also. At this time of the year, around Christmass, special black pudding is often part of many menus.
I like my pudding crisped up with small chunks of fat!
Preferrably served alongside mushrooms.

Freshman year in college I got elbowed in the nose during a Rugby game. My nose bled for hours and I swallowed a couple of pints of blood before getting it cauterized. I could not look a blood pudding after that.

Lots of mid sized chunks of fat, the best I've found in supermarkets is from The Bury Black Pudding Company, my local butchers also does a cracking black pudding.
No I like white pudding. But I do like chocolate flavor,. And if anybody was gonna sit in my pudding, I would like to have you sit in it for me 😘
