Most probably because you eat nothing but junk food that is unhealthy for you.
Who is that "she" anyway? Is she your girlfriend? Is she your mother? If it applies, it simply means that they are worried about your health and eating habits. What is wrong about eating healthy? What is so good about junk food?
You want to live longer? Then eat healthy food. Get rid of French fries, of hamburgers and other sweets and fizzy drinks and start eating vegetable and fruit. Try Mediterranean cooking and live healthy. Your liver, your heart, your blood pressure and cholesterol will thank you.
