I like cauliflower, especially yellow ones which got lot of sun. Unfortunately cauliflower cultivation outside green house is difficult without ton of chemicals, there are trillion insects who will die to get their eggs on cauliflower.

  @Robotbenderrr I assuming you mean plain yogurt? I can see that might work with fried cauliflower. I usually steam mine, Or it could also work with oven roasted cauliflower. I'll have to try it. Thanks!

As a plain side then broccoli has the edge. I do use cauliflower more in cooking, particularly in curries or in a roast veg dish
