What kind of apple is your favourite?

I eat a lot of Gala and Pink Lady apples because of their sweetness. However, I also like apples that are on a mor sour side like Granny Smith or Kanzi apples. They are tangy and I like that taste. I try to buy them slightly unripe and let them ripe at home in a dish.

I would take the sour/tangy apples for an apple pie and eat Pink Lady and Gala just like that as a snack. I usually take a Pink Lady with me when I go to uni and have it during my break instead of a meal, which I would then take at dinner time.

I was gonna say Granny Smith... they have always been my favorite. The sour and sweet combination is too good.

But you did include Honeycrisp... and those are absolutely delicious. So out of the apples you mentioned, I'm going with honeycrisp apples.

I like a golden delicious apple too. But it's hard to find good ones that are sweet.

Also like regular red delicious apples. But they're not always easy to find good ones either although of the three types I like most they're probably the easiest.

Next is probably gala. But it's really hard to get good ones.

I don't really know much about different types of apples, I just sort of eat whichever is in front of me, but I guess just "the default red ones" whatever the fuck that means, lol.

I picked red delicious though because they're the prettiest and I love the name, lol.

I like Macoun apples. 'Macoun' apples are a cross between the 'McIntosh' and 'Jersey Black' cultivars. They are only out for a short time , usually early October.
