You know, I think this is the first time I've ever heard anyone put Red Delicious as their favorite. Me? I'm a Braeburn or Gala man. I like Honeycrisps, too, but pretty much everyone likes Honeycrisps, so I don't know if that counts.

I haven't tried them all. Not even half of them. At home the most common one we buy is the Golden Delicious variety.

We mostly have Delcorf at home. Sweet, crispy and very juicy.

Definitely the Gala apple! Those are my favorites. Fuji is a close second though

In order of preference Honey Crisp < Very narrow availability window Granny Smith < Great all year long MacIntosh Pink Lady < Similar to the Honey Crisp Cortland
